I’m a believer, a wife, a mother of 3 girls & a Biblical Life Coach! After being a midwife and University Educator in Ontario, Canada, for nearly 25 years, the Lord called me to become a Biblical Life Coach. From there, He led me to develop 'Cornerstone Childbirth' - a my Biblically & Research-based prenatal education program focused on experiencing the perfect peace of Christ, a faster labour & decreased discomfort during your birthing time. Along with being the Client Care Coordinator at our local Pregnancy Care Centre, Cornerstone Childbirth and pregnancy loss - including post abortion care - is where I currently focus my coaching. If you're looking for a non-judgemental approach to healing after an abortion; looking to find peace and joy following a spontaneous pregnancy or infant loss; or you're pregnant or plan to be in the near future & are looking for a beautiful birth experience - I'd be honoured to work with you!

As a professionally trained Christian Life Coach, I have the tools, competence & understanding to help you. My personal life & previous work experiences have also allowed me to offer a unique perspective on a multitude of challenging issues. I am currently working with clients who are looking for spiritual and emotional healing following pregnancy loss - including abortion (regardless of when it took place) - as well as those looking to experience a beautiful birth through my Cornerstone Childbirth course.

The Lord provided me with a wealth of expertise & experience in pregnancy, birth & beyond having been a midwife for 25 years where I attended nearly 1000 births. Using this knowledge, the Word of God, plus research evidence, Cornerstone Childbirth helps women experience empowerment & calm in any birthing circumstance - with decreased discomfort, faster birth & improved outcomes as just a few of the proven benefits of this approach. You'll learn steps to birth with your spirit, soul & body working in harmony - as God intended - and experience the perfect peace of Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit.

The Bible describes Jesus as the cornerstone that His church would be built upon. In Psalm 118: 22-23 it says: "The stone which the builders rejected has become the chief cornerstone. This was the LORD’s doing; It is marvellous in our eyes." As the cornerstone of the building of the church (believers), Jesus, the Word, is our standard of measure and alignment. He is the foundation on which we are to build our lives and the foundation on whom I've built my Biblical Life Coaching practice!
